A listing includes the stone's weight, dimensions, cut, and treatment details. You can also find its origin where that information is available. If you need a closer look or have a question about a listing, get in touch.
When you buy a stone here, you’re buying directly from the person who cut it. For a custom cut, our commission form is a place to start the conversation.
Cutters and advisor
I cut both natural and lab-grown stones. When I’m looking at rough, I’m trying to picture what I could turn it into. What cut would work? How bright could it be? That’s where I start, rather than working through the same handful of designs.
If I’m cutting something for you, I want to hear what you have in mind. We can talk about the material, look at some designs, and figure it out together. If you’re still working out what you want, I can help you choose a stone and a cut that fits. You don’t need to know all the technical stuff before we have that conversation. I’m here to walk you through it.
Hi, I'm Edward. I'm a hobby gemcutter who favors odd materials and even shapes. Quartz is my muse, fashioned in a 3-point cut, and dazzling on display. My hope is to share some light with you.

I'm a Graduate Gemologist (GG) and independent faceter currently on an intensive study sabbatical dedicated to advanced lapidary theory, optical optimization, and precision cutting techniques. My current research focuses on precision faceting methodologies, and the interplay between classic gemology and modern lapidary arts.
My work is centered on enhancing the natural beauty of gemstones, celebrating what makes each one unique. I love sourcing distinctive stones and pairing them with designs that let them speak. Natural crystal growth writes a story in the form of inclusions, colors, and other light interaction. I enjoy telling this story through custom and themed designs.
